About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our Wealth Data Group within Wealth Services Platform team. This role is located in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact data products that address complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Own the data product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture, and long-term scalability.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, prioritize backlogs, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering well-designed, efficient, and scalable data solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy, and innovation opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to measure product adoption, business impact, and return on investment.
  • Use subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Mentor and develop product owners and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with Product/Platform Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned.
  • Manage issue escalations and risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
  • High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
  • Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.

Schedule

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
