  • Platform Architecture: Define and guide the architecture of shared platform capabilities, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, observability platforms, identity, developer tooling, and reusable services that support full-stack product teams using C#/.NET, React.js, and SQL Server.
  • Cloud & Reliability Strategy: Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services, automation, containerization, monitoring, and incident response practices for high availability and performance.
  • Observability & Operational Insight: Champion a modern observability strategy across applications, infrastructure, and data services, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, SLOs, incident response workflows, and executive-level visibility into platform health and customer-impacting reliability trends.
  • ArgoCD & GitOps Delivery: Establish and improve ArgoCD-based deployment patterns for Kubernetes workloads, ensuring Git remains the source of truth for environment configuration, release promotion, drift detection, rollback, access separation, and auditable production change control.
  • Compliance First: Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI).
  • Strategic Enablement: Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Design to define platform milestones, reduce delivery friction, and enable product teams to iterate confidently toward long-term initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in software, infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record leading teams that build and operate scalable SaaS platforms.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
