Director - Physical Therapist - Sign on Bonus

About the role

This full-time Clinic Director position requires a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves a mix of clinical treatment and administrative oversight, with 60% treatment time and 40% administrative time.

Oversight & management responsibilities

• Manage onsite Clinic Aide Training & Onboarding
• Oversee physical building needs, appearance, and maintenance communicated to COO
• Handle hiring and staff oversight
• Manage clinic finances
• Facilitate effective communication
• Monitor clinic stats
• Oversight of Leads by location
• Lead marketing efforts
• Assess performance of onsite staff (administrative, clinical, rehab aid)
• Ensure compliance oversight
• Lead team building initiatives

Meetings & collaboration

• Attend Manager meetings
• Lead weekly Lead meetings
• Attend weekly RD meetings
• Documentation time based on treatment hours

Pay & schedule

• Hours: 30+ hours a week, Full Time
