Director Physical Therapist

About the role

Ability Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned company with over 30 years of qualified therapy experience, serving communities in nine counties through 23 outpatient clinics. This position is available at their clinic in Deland, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment
• Provide quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
• Manage the clinic effectively with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Offer excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Have outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation
• Be a self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success

Requirements

• Graduate (or soon to be) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
