About the role
The Director of Pharmacy (Hospital) collaborates with Pharmacy and System leaders to develop system-wide strategies and priorities for the individual acute care services provided at (hospital). They lead operational and clinical activities, ensure regulatory compliance, meet fiscal expectations, and ensure staff competency. They communicate key activities, outcomes, and improvements.

Requirements
- Eligible for Washington State Pharmacist License
- MBA, MPH, MHA or Master degree preferred
- Successful completion of an Accredited ASHP residency preferred
- 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Completion of an Accredited ASHP specialized health system pharmacy administrative residency program in lieu of leadership experience for internal candidates will be considered
- 8 years of experience and mastery in a professional role/function
- Experience as a pharmacy RPD preferred

Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $212,160.00 - $298,521.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
