Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee clinical and administrative functions
- Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
- Supervise and support staff development
- Represent the agency in public and private forums
- Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
