Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and management of the Manchester Skilled Nursing officeMaintain responsibility for office operations, financial performance, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planningLead and support a tenured team including Client Service Managers and Clinical Manager designeesMonitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellenceRecruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing office and field staffDrive employee engagement, accountability, and performance while maintaining a positive team culturePartner with referral sources, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and community stakeholders to grow servicesAdvocate for clients and services with government agencies and payer partnersManage a field staff census of approximately 79 employees supporting 51 clientsIdentify opportunities for office growth and service expansion throughout New HampshireEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and BAYADA policies and regulationsRepresent BAYADA and exemplify The BAYADA Way in all interactions Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; may be considered with 5+ years of directly relevant experienceMinimum two years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in healthcare requiredHome health, home care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare experience strongly preferredDemonstrated success leading teams and driving operational resultsAbility to balance accountability with a collaborative, employee-focused leadership styleStrong employee relations, coaching, and performance management skillsExperience driving change while maintaining team engagement and moraleKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsExperience working with government agencies, insurance companies, or healthcare advocacy initiatives preferredStrong business acumen and financial management skillsProven ability to market, manage, and grow healthcare operationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExisting healthcare network or market knowledge within New Hampshire preferredEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and service excellence Work Environment & Travel Location: Manchester, NHWork Model: Fully onsite Coverage Area: Statewide New Hampshire service territoryTravel: Occasional travel to other offices within the division for training, collaboration, and support Compensation Base Salary: Approximately $90,000/ year based on experience and qualifications.
