About the role

The Director, Patient Care Services-Womens Health at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center will oversee labor & delivery, NICU, nursery, and postpartum departments. This role will lead, direct, and manage high-performance teams, ensuring operations, quality, customer service, and department success align with Sentara's goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage high-performance teams in all aspects of Women’s Health departments.
• Ensure coordination and delivery of high-quality services meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Contribute to the success of the hospital through achievement of System, hospital, and divisional goals.
• Build process improvements for sustainable value-added services.
• Provide leadership and administer fiscal, corporate, and human resource policies and practices.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License - Compact/Multi-State License
• Nursing Leadership experience – 5 years
• Clinical Management – 5 years
• RN-Bachelor's Degree
• Labor & Delivery experience

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
