Job Overview

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care for Medical Surgical Unit 3C at Community Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current New Jersey RN License.
• BLS required (American Heart Association).
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.

Scheduling Requirements

Full Time 40 hours per week.

Essential Functions

• Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
• Director manages the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit.
• An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at CMC.
• Responsible for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care.
• This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction.
