About the role

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a hands-on, high-potential aftermarket leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and wants to help build and scale a best-in-class North American parts and service organization.

Responsibilities

  • Transforming and leading the entire North American aftermarket operation across service centers, mobile field service, parts distribution, warranty, and customer support.
  • Investing heavily in expanding the North American service footprint, enhancing customer responsiveness, and creating a more scalable, performance-driven operating model.
  • Leading company-owned service center operations, mobile technician fleet and field service execution, parts distribution center operations, warranty administration and cost management, inventory management and parts availability, customer service and technical support, service network expansion strategy, KPI development, reporting, and operational analytics.
  • Full aftermarket P&L responsibility and cross-functional coordination across operations, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer support.

Requirements

  • Strong progression and upward career trajectory.
  • Experience leading parts and service organizations within industrial, heavy equipment, capital equipment, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site service operations and field service teams.
  • Strong commercial and operational business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
  • Proven ability to build processes, drive accountability, and lead organizational transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and translate strategy into operational execution.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Operationally hands-on with a bias for action and strong execution skills.
  • Comfortable building strategy while remaining closely connected to frontline operations.
  • Strong communicator capable of influencing across executive leadership, operations, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
  • High intellectual horsepower, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role within industrial, heavy equipment, capital equipment, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and execution discipline.
