The Director of Partnership Marketing will lead the end-to-end management of commercial partnerships for PBR, delivering against partner brand and business objectives. This role will drive strategic planning for all assigned partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support revenue growth by contributing to renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of commercial partnerships for PBR, delivering against partner brand and business objectives.
  • Drive strategic planning for all assigned partners by identifying growth opportunities aligned with PBR and TKO business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Events, Media, PR, Brand, Legal, and Community Relations, serving as a cross-functional project lead to ensure seamless partner activation.
  • Act as the on-site partnership marketing lead at PBR events, overseeing experiential integrations and partner activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, including client hosting and relationship development at PBR events.
  • Support revenue growth by contributing to renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across PBR and the broader TKO enterprise.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of experience in partnership marketing, marketing strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or related fields, preferably within sports, entertainment, or media.
  • You have proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex partnership programs.
  • You have a strong understanding of brand partnerships, sponsorship marketing, and client service models.
  • You have a commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals, negotiations, and revenue-generating partnership strategies.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have experience managing or mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.

Pay

  • The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

  • This role is full-time and based in our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.
