About the role
The Cloud Partner Solutions Investments team accelerates the adoption of Google Cloud and leads the agentic transformation of Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers, grow existing trusted clients, and innovate to drive their success. This team designs and governs investment and incentive frameworks that reward partner excellence and fuel the AI transformation of Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem.
As Director of Partner Solutions Investments, you will architect and drive the global strategy and vision underpinning partner engagement with Google Cloud. You will develop the global multi-year partner investment strategy for Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem, influence the success of multiple global programs and teams, and scale best practices. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership and a leader to Google’s partners, you will partner cross-functionally to impact Google’s business performance and contribute to sustaining Google’s culture and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop global partner investment strategies aligned with business objectives, monitoring industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ROI optimization of global incentive programs and program budgets.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to define processes and drive alignment.
- Lead and develop a global senior team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent Google Cloud’s partner solution investment strategy with key partners, at key events (e.g., Google Cloud Next) and industry analyst briefings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in program management, partner development, or channel sales in the business technology market.
- 10 years of people management experience.

- Ability to manage numerous projects including infrastructure enhancements simultaneously and drive them to successful completion, with a wide range of stakeholders and tight timelines.

Pay
US: $256,000 - $356,000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits.
