Director, Operations Excellence

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction of learning and development functions
• Evaluate existing training programs for alignment with organizational needs
• Research new learning theories and resources to enhance learning capabilities
• Design and implement training programs focused on service excellence
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver effective development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, HR, Adult Education, or related field
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive Operations experience
• Proficiency in learning and development methodologies
• Experience with eLearning / LMS platforms preferred
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, especially for remote teams

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
