About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic direction of learning and development functions
- Evaluate existing training programs for alignment with organizational needs
- Research new learning theories and resources to enhance learning capabilities
- Design and implement training programs focused on service excellence
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver effective development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, HR, Adult Education, or related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive Operations experience
- Proficiency in learning and development methodologies
- Experience with eLearning / LMS platforms preferred
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, especially for remote teams
Pay
$160,000 – $200,000 annually
