Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year supply chain roadmap
- Lead optimization of the global distribution and logistics network
- Advise executive leadership on supply chain trends and risks
- Drive cross-functional alignment for integrated business planning
- Establish cost-reduction programs for service and operations
- Implement AI-driven technologies to enhance decision-making
- Monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Master's Degree/MBA highly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain or operations
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
- Exceptional data interpretation skills for strategic insights
- Strong executive presence to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and business intelligence tools
