Director Operations

We’re looking for an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers – each with individual customers who have their own sets of requirements. You’ll cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and enabling DHL Supply Chain to play a required role in their success.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and enabling DHL Supply Chain to play a required role in their success
- Drive a culture of performance and results through your teams
- Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group
- Lead multiple teams and support their professional development at all levels
- Support your group and drive performance by developing a strong network throughout DHL Supply Chain’s functional departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required
- MBA or equivalent, preferred
- 7+ years of experience within supply chain, required
- 3+ years of progressive experience in at least one of the following: strategy development and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation, required
- Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic role within a supply chain function, preferred

Pay
The Director of Operations has a national salary range of $150,000 - $200,000.
Schedule
The travel requirement for this role is approximately 75%.
