Director - OMC Clinic Operations

About the Role

The Director, Clinic Operations is responsible for the oversight and operations of Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC as assigned and other clinics as developed and implemented. Responsible for business operations and patient care activities of the clinics. Supervises clinic management, supervisory staff, and leads. Partners with the clinic Associate Medical Director and clinic-based physicians (both employed and contracted) to achieve clinic, program, and performance goals and targets. Collaborates with program and service line directors to integrate care across the continuum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations and patient care activities of assigned clinics.
• Supervise clinic management, supervisory staff, and leads.
• Partner with the Associate Medical Director and physicians to achieve clinic, program, and performance goals.
• Integrate care across the continuum by collaborating with program and service line directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Maintain licensure/certification as appropriate to profession (e.g., RN license, etc.).
• Certification in Physician Practice Management, MGMA, or similar certifications preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of administrative health care management experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in direct clinic operations.
• Physician Practice Management and freestanding ambulatory care center experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to function independently with high accountability.
• Must be able to drive, stand, and work irregular hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Work Environment

Well-lit, climate-controlled environment with minimal potential for exposure to fumes, chemicals, cleaners, and sterilants.

Pay

Salary range: $142,210.00 - $227,531.00. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
