Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in youth services or related field
• Passion for literacy and youth development
• Ability to manage budgets and forge partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in youth services or a related field
• Experience in budget management and community partnerships
• Strong leadership and team-building skills

$76,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
