Direct wound care staff

• Make recommendations for staff/patient ratios
• Serve as a liaison between staff and administration
• Promote productivity of staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures and accreditation standards

Qualifications

• RN Licensure in good standing
• Current CPR certification and maintain same
• Certified Wound Specialist certification and maintains same
• Minimum of five years nursing experience is required
• Three years’ experience in wound care supervisory roles, with increasing responsibility, desired
