Director of Workforce Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify workforce needs and support strategic planning.
• Steward partnership agreements and place staff in assignments that align with ministry priorities.
• Build relationships, coordinate efforts, and foster strategic partnerships to advance Bible translation.

Requirements

• Strong, reliable internet and phone connection.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed to accommodate off-hours and multiple time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in human resources, public relations, business, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in sales, recruiting, and management.
• SHRM-CP and Strategic Workforce Planning certification.
