About the Role
You will build and lead a high-impact team responsible for quantifying, articulating, and proving the business value of MaintainX to enterprise customers and prospects. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance to embed value-driven selling and value realization across the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Establish and scale MaintainX’s Value Consulting practice
- Hire, develop, and mentor a team of Value Consultants
- Define engagement models across pre-sales and post-sales
- Build repeatable processes, tools, and value assets
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic enterprise pursuits
- Lead executive-level value discovery and business case development
- Quantify ROI across asset uptime, labor efficiency, inventory optimization, compliance, and safety
- Develop total cost of ownership (TCO) and payback models tailored to industrial operations
- Support executive presentations, QBRs, and board-level discussions
- Operationalize Value Realization
- Align with Customer Success to track value delivery post-implementation
- Develop value realization frameworks and dashboards
- Standardize success metrics across industries (manufacturing, food & beverage, facilities, energy, etc.)
- Identify expansion opportunities driven by realized impact
- Influence Strategy & Messaging
- Translate customer outcomes into differentiated messaging and proof points
- Inform product strategy using economic impact insights
- Partner with Marketing to develop case studies, benchmarks, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in Value Consulting, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS
- 3–5+ years leading or building high-performing teams
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles ($100K–$1M+ ACV)
- Strong background in ROI modeling, financial analysis, and executive storytelling
- Experience in industrial, asset-intensive, or operations-focused environments preferred
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of value-based selling methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling and business case development skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership and alignment capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with operational rigor
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
