Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UX research vision and strategy for Dating Outcomes and Platform
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled researchers
- Synthesize user experience and data science insights into actionable product strategies
- Communicate research insights effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Foster cross-team synthesis to unify insights across product groups
- Identify and resolve structural gaps to enhance collaboration and research quality
- Build a team culture focused on curiosity, user empathy, and enjoyment
Qualifications
- 10+ years of UX research experience in consumer-facing industries
- 4+ years managing and developing researchers at different levels
- Track record of leading research that shapes product strategy
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience mentoring senior individual contributors within product teams
- Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and implement solutions
- Strong communication skills to influence at the VP level
- Passionate about leveraging emerging technologies in research
