  • Leverage modern design and prototyping tools, including AI-assisted and spec-driven approaches, to accelerate iteration and improve collaboration with Product and Engineering
  • Provide hands-on guidance on critical product initiatives and high-impact user experience challenges

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex workflows or enterprise products
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams
  • Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices
  • Experience establishing or evolving design systems and standards
  • Experience using modern design and prototyping tools, with openness to adopting emerging technologies (e.g., AI-assisted design, rapid prototyping, or spec-driven workflows)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to influence product strategy, user experience direction, and business decisions through design

Pay

Compensation Range: $215,000.00-$265,000.00. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process.
