Director of Treasury & Tax

Responsibilities

• Managing debt, cash management, tax reporting compliance and overseeing Accounts Payable operations.
• Providing support for internal and external reporting and payment deadlines.
• Accrual, allocation, and recording of interest and other financing costs.
• Managing required external debt service payments.
• Fulfilling monthly and annual financial analytical reporting requirements.
• Developing and maintaining Treasury/Tax reports for compliance reporting.
• Managing tax compliance.
• Creating debt projection models and budgets.
• Preparing cash flow projections.
• Regularly monitoring financial and non-financial debt covenant requirements.
• Preparing necessary schedules, notes, and analyses for the annual financial statements.
• Engaging in special projects related to university bond issues, interest rate swaps, debt-related derivative transactions, and tax filings.
