About the role
The Director of Therapy (DOT) oversees rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology, fostering a collaborative environment with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Develop and implement staff training programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Facilitate resident and family engagement in the care process
- Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff
Requirements
- Current and valid license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana
- Strong passion for geriatric care and senior living
- Previous management experience preferred
