About the role
The Director of Therapy (DOT) oversees rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead rehabilitation services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide leadership in staff development
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of therapy services
Requirements
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana
- Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence
- Previous management experience preferred
