Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day leadership of all tennis, pickleball, and pool operations
  • Build and lead a high performance team culture centered on service, accountability, and professionalism
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage racquet sports and seasonal pool staff
  • Maintain strong visibility and engagement with members and staff
  • Oversee all programming across six Har Tru tennis courts and four pickleball courts
  • Develop and execute clinics, leagues, tournaments, and social events for all demographics
  • Provide or oversee private and group instruction in alignment with RSPA and USPTA standards
  • Drive participation and growth across all skill levels
  • Maintain direct responsibility for the daily care and playability of all Har Tru tennis courts
  • Establish and enforce court maintenance standards including grooming, watering, rolling, lining, and proper use of drag equipment
  • Ensure courts are consistently safe, clean, and presented at a high standard of excellence
  • Train and hold staff accountable for proper court maintenance procedures and routines
  • Coordinate with Grounds and Maintenance teams to support long term court health and seasonal preparation
  • Coordinate with Aquatics and Food and Beverage teams to enhance the member experience
  • Monitor compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures
  • Engage with members regularly to build relationships and elevate satisfaction
  • Respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Create an inviting and high energy environment across all facilities
  • Develop and manage budgets for racquet sports and pool operations
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for program growth
  • Control expenses while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain immaculate courts and facilities at all times
  • Maintain leadership, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Align with CMAA, RSPA, and USPTA professional standards

Qualifications

  • Certified Tennis Professional through RSPA or USPTA in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in racquet sports operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in Har Tru court maintenance and facility standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
