About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, relationship-driven leader to oversee a thriving tennis program and help shape its future. The Director of Tennis will provide leadership for all aspects of the Club’s tennis program by developing engaging programming, mentoring a talented team of professionals, fostering meaningful member relationships, and delivering an outstanding experience for players of every age and ability.

CCA includes more than 300 active junior and adult players, over 50 USTA league teams annually, and a long-standing tradition of competitive and social tennis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Club’s tennis program
• Develop engaging programming for players of all ages and abilities
• Mentor a team of tennis professionals
• Foster meaningful member relationships
• Deliver an outstanding tennis experience for all participants
