Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture blockchain infrastructure
- Oversee the development and implementation of our AI and gaming technologies
- Guide the technical team in building scalable and secure decentralized solutions
- Establish technical standards and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with other co-founders to align technical direction with business goals
- Make key technical decisions regarding platforms, tools, and frameworks
- Manage and mentor the technical team while fostering innovation
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
- Extensive experience with blockchain technology and Web3 development
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
- Prior experience in gaming technology and development
- Proven experience in leading complex technical projects and teams
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and cryptography principles
- Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Previous experience as a technical co-founder or CTO
- Experience in developing blockchain solutions
- Knowledge of educational technology and learning platforms
- Track record of publishing research or patents in relevant technical fields
