Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise technology and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise executive leadership on technology trends, cyber risk, business continuity, and operational resilience.
- Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, networks, and cybersecurity programs.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, cloud adoption, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning to ensure operational readiness and secure recovery capabilities.
- Establish and maintain IT governance, risk management, compliance, and service management practices.
- Partner with business and operations leaders to improve efficiency, automate processes, and support strategic objectives.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and technology investments.
- Lead the secure integration of enterprise IT, operational technology (OT), and industrial IoT environments.
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs that measure service quality, reliability, security maturity, and business impact.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the IT organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or other highly regulated environments.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, cloud, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and operational technology frameworks, including NIST, CISA, and ISA/IEC standards.
Pay
Compensation Range: $180,000–250,000
