About the role
Lead and develop a high-performing IT team within a managed service. Directly manage a group of engineers and help desk. Design, build out, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure to support organizational growth. Serve as the technical lead for networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related technologies. Perform remote work approximately 80–90% of the time while maintaining strong team engagement. Collaborate closely with leadership to cultivate company culture, drive business objectives, and develop team capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a managed service provider (MSP) environment
- Strong leadership skills combined with deep technical expertise in networking and Microsoft 365
- Demonstrated ability to build out and close out IT systems in partnership with customers
- BS degree preferred
