Duties

• Serves as Director, Technical and Quality Assurance Directorate with DLA Strategic Materials, as the senior technical expert and Process Owner on technical and quality assurance related processes.
• Plans, directs, executes, and provides authoritative oversight for the programs focused on the strict quality assurance and technical oversight of all critical minerals and strategic materials in the National Defense Stockpile (NDS).
• Responds to industry and congressional concerns, presents, and proposes budgeting requirements at senior DLA, Office of Secretary of War
