Overview

Naples Christian Academy (NCA) is a PreK–8 Christian school located in Naples, Florida, operating as a ministry of Covenant Church of Naples. The school exists to partner with committed Christian parents to provide a Christ-centered education that advances academic achievement, spiritual growth, and servant leadership. NCA is a small-school with a church-school partnership that is foundational to its identity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Shape Christ-centered teaching and learning across the entire school
• Work closely with the Principal to implement and evaluate the school’s educational philosophy and goals
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate biblical truth into all subject areas
• Support and mentor teachers in developing differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs
• Engage students in hands-on, experiential learning that connects God's creation with the truth of Scripture
• Ensure academic excellence through rigorous instruction and critical thinking development
• Partner with parents in their children's spiritual and moral formation

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Experience as an educator in a K-8 setting
• Strong understanding of biblical principles and their application in education
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with differentiated instruction and hands-on learning activities

Schedule

The Director of Teaching & Learning will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
