LOCATION

Onsite in Charlotte, NC, embedded directly with corporate leadership and finance teams.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Acts as the strategic leader for all tax-related functions across a complex, multi-entity organization.

Drives tax planning and compliance strategy in alignment with business growth, acquisitions, and operational expansion.

Ensures accurate and timely reporting under ASC 740, partnering closely with accounting and treasury leadership.

Plays a key role in navigating international tax requirements, including transfer pricing and Pillar Two compliance.

Supports executive leadership with forecasting, cash flow planning, and risk mitigation tied to tax exposure.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

8+ years of progressive tax experience, with leadership responsibility over teams and complex tax environments.

Experience within large, multi-entity organizations, either in industry or public accounting.

Strong technical expertise across federal, state, and international tax, including ASC 740.

Exposure to international tax structures, transfer pricing, and global compliance requirements.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale teams while partnering cross-functionally with senior leadership.
