Director of Supply Chain

What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities across the organization
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies focused on cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk reduction
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms
- Oversee procurement and accounts payable functions to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective or improvement initiatives as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across supply chain operations
- Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks to support business continuity
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Experience working within ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of ISO/QMS standards and manufacturing compliance practices preferred
