We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Position Summary", "What You’ll Do Every Day:", "What We’re Looking For:", compensation", etc. We need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove application instructions like "Curious? Apply now!" and "Learn more at www.e-verify.gov". Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the content. The posting: - Intro about Heraeus Medevio (company description). Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes position summary. We'll treat "Position Summary" as part of About the role. - "This is an onsite position at our White Bear Lake, MN location. This role could require approximately 15% travel." That's schedule? Travel is schedule? Might be schedule info. Could be placed under Schedule section if present. Travel percentage is schedule detail. - "What You’ll Do Every Day:" list of duties. That's Responsibilities. - "What We’re Looking For:" list of qualifications: Bachelor degree, Master's preferred, 10 years experience, etc. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to split into appropriate sections: Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (specific skills). The posting includes: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preference to Medical Device industry. Minimum 5 years supervisory or lead experience. Experience with production planning, materials planning, systems management, manufacturing, and logistics. Demonstrated mastery of project management tools, processes, and best practices using multiple project management methodologies. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership skills in building, managing, and developing teams. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to support multiple projects and initiatives at the same time. Ability to travel approximately 15%. We can categorize: Requirements: education, years experience, supervisory experience. Qualifications: maybe industry preference? But we can just put all under Requirements and Skills. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only those with real content. We have: - About the role: company description + position summary + location/travel? Could be. - Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do Every Day:" list. - Requirements: education, years experience, supervisory experience. - Qualifications: maybe industry preference? Could be "preference to Medical Device industry". Could also include "Master’s degree preferred". But that's more qualification. We'll decide. - Skills: project management tools, critical thinking, communication, leadership, analytical, negotiation, ability to support multiple projects, ability to travel. - Benefits: "Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off." Also "Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages." Also "This position is bonus eligible." So we have benefits. - Pay: "The expected hiring range for this position is between $140,000 and $190,000 based upon a full-time schedule." Also "Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity." That's pay info. - Schedule: "This is an onsite position at our White Bear Lake, MN location. This role could require approximately 15% travel." Also maybe "full-time schedule". So schedule includes onsite, travel 15%. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove "Curious? Apply now!" and "Learn more at www.e-verify.gov". Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

This includes procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, supplier relationships and implementation and optimization of large business critical ramps, transfers, and planning tools, e.g. S&OP, MES, NPI ramps. The Director of Supply Chain ensures operational excellence, cost containment, and alignment with Heraeus’ broader business goals. The Director of Supply Chain is strategic in focus, shaping the vision and direction of Supply Chain execution. It is both internal and external facing – aligning with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership, as well as Heraeus customers. This is an onsite position at our White Bear Lake, MN location. This role could require approximately 15% travel.

But note schedule info is also in About the role; maybe we should move schedule to Schedule section. However we can keep schedule info in About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we need a Schedule section with schedule details. So we should extract schedule info: onsite, full-time, 15% travel. We'll put that in Schedule section. Thus About the role should contain company description and position summary (excluding schedule). Let's separate. Company description paragraph: "Together we improve lives. At Heraeus Medevio, we bring lifesaving and life-changing medical devices to market through partnerships with medical device manufacturing companies. Backed by Heraeus Group, we are committed to the growth of our teams and organization by providing an open space for open minds. To reach our vision of improving 100 million lives every year, we foster a culture of curiosity that thrives on challenge, continuous learning, growth, and the opportunity to try new things. With sites in the United States, European Union, and Asia, and over 2,200 employees worldwide, together, we will meet tomorrow's challenges today." Position summary: "The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the White Bear Lake, MN site. It is both internal and external facing – aligning with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership, as well as Heraeus customers." We can combine them in About the role. Now Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Do Every Day:" each sentence maybe separate bullet. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Thus Responsibilities:
    • Develop and define strategy in collaboration with executive leadership and lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
    • ... etc. We need to capture all duties. Let's extract duties list: - Develop and define strategy in collaboration with executive leadership and lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. - Oversee, manage, and develop team of planners, buyers, warehouse lead, and warehouse staff including, establishing annual goals and objectives, and managing team performance. - Own, lead and continuously refine the S&OP process, partnering cross-functionally with Portfolio Management, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to develop accurate demand and supply plans, prepare metrics and scenario analyses, guide executive decision-making, align customer service levels and working capital with strategic business objectives, and escalate critical issues to leadership. - Lead demand forecasting processes by collaborating with commercial teams to ensure accurate mid- and long-term forecasts, while maintaining data integrity and seamless system integration across planning, inventory, and product development. - Leverage data and analytics to improve Supply Chain visibility and performance metrics, e.g., On Time Delivery (OTD), inventory turns, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), et al. - Monitor Global Supply Chain trends, technologies, and regulations to communicate strategy and ensure compliance. - Analyze and resolve supply-demand imbalances while optimizing inventory levels across the supply chain to balance customer satisfaction, service performance, and inventory risk. - Ensure smooth supply chain transitions for new product introductions (NPI) from development to mass production. - Assess supply risks and collaborate with Procurement and Supplier Quality to implement mitigation strategies. - Provide demand planning input to internal and external stakeholders. - Enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure warehouse efficiency and compliance. - Drive continuous improvement across all supply chain functions. - Develop and manage departmental budgets - Other duties may be assigned as required. We should keep "Other duties may be assigned as required." maybe but it's generic; but it's part of posting. It's not boilerplate; we can keep. Now Requirements: education and experience. - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preference to Medical Device industry. - Minimum 5 years supervisory or lead experience. We could also include "Ability to travel approximately 15%." but that's schedule. Now Qualifications: maybe we can include "Preference to Medical Device industry" as qualification? Or we could treat that as part of Requirements. But we need to decide if we need Qualifications section. The posting doesn't have separate qualifications beyond those. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications but we need to follow headings only if real content. If we put Qualifications empty, we shouldn't include. So we may omit Qualifications section if we don't have distinct content. However we have "Preference to Medical Device industry" which could be a qualification. But it's already in Requirements line. Could we split: Requirements: education, years experience, supervisory experience. Qualifications: preference to Medical Device industry, Master's degree preferred? But Master's preferred is also education. Hmm. Better to have Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (specific skills). Qualifications maybe not needed. We'll omit Qualifications section. Skills: list of skills: - Demonstrated mastery of project management tools, processes, and best practices using multiple project management methodologies. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven leadership skills in building, managing, and developing teams. - Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. - Ability to support multiple projects and initiatives at the same time. - Ability to travel approximately 15% (though travel is schedule, but we could keep as skill? Might be redundant). We'll keep travel in Schedule. Thus Skills section includes those. Benefits: list: - eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - a 401(k) plan with company match - education reimbursement - paid parental leave - paid time off - position is bonus eligible We can make bullet list. Pay: The expected hiring range for this position is between $140,000 and $
