Position Summary

The Student Selection Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full enrollment funnel, from lead engagement through student start. This position requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong operational mindset, the ability to develop high-performing teams, and the discipline to execute proven sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Student Selection and Student Success teams to achieve enrollment, revenue, and start-readiness goals.
  • Own the department’s sales strategy, enrollment funnel, conversion metrics, and performance expectations.
  • Drive accountability through clear goals, consistent coaching, team training, and regular performance review.
  • Maintain weekly metrics, student start forecasts, Booth Hold Payment goals, and overall department performance.
  • Strengthen the student onboarding experience by coordinating with financial aid, housing, documentation, and other internal teams.
  • Use data, technology, and process improvement to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalable growth.
  • Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, urgency, and student-centered service.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in education, admissions, enrollment, or a high-accountability sales environment.
  • Proven success leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, pipeline management, and revenue accountability.
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop team members while maintaining clear standards and expectations.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to turn goals into process, structure, and measurable execution.
  • Comfortable using data, reports, and technology to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
