We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve substantive info. We need sections: About the role? The posting includes "PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:" and description. Could treat as About the role. Also "Primary Duties And Responsibilities" with subcategories: we could combine into Responsibilities section. Also "Minimum Qualifications Required At Time Of Application" -> Requirements/Qualifications. Also "COMPETENCIES" maybe Skills. Also "SCOPE OF AUTHORITY" maybe not needed? Could be part of Responsibilities. Also "COMMUNICATION", "WORK ENVIRONMENT", "PHYSICAL DEMANDS", "Other Duties" maybe not needed? We should include only sections with real specific content. We have salary level: "SALARY LEVEL: SCHEDULE E, LEVEL 6". That's pay info. So we need a Pay section. Also schedule? Not given. Benefits? Not given. So only Pay. We need to include h3 headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay maybe. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary level. We need to preserve all substantive info: list of duties, qualifications, competencies, etc. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to parse the content. Let's extract: Primary Responsibility paragraph: "The Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications provides strategic leadership for the Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) and Bridge Rockford Alliance across public, resident, staff, executive, and Board communications. The Director develops and carries out integrated marketing and communication strategies; protects the RHA brand; oversees digital platforms and public-facing content; translates performance information into clear reports and recommendations; and supports timely, accurate, and accessible communication about RHA programs, services, priorities and results. RHA is aggressive and forward-looking in its artificial intelligence efforts. This role is responsible for continuing to move the agency forward through the responsible use of AI to streamline daily administrative activities, strengthen online communications with the public and residents, improve access to information, and reduce avoidable administrative burdens on employees. The Director will guide practical AI implementation, staff education, approved-use standards, and governance in coordination with executive leadership, Human Resources, Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, records-management personnel, and program departments." That's About the role. Then "Primary Duties And Responsibilities" with subheadings: STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS, BRAND MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC RELATIONS, DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS, ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE STRATEGY, EDUCATION AND GOVERNANACE (typo), CONTENT CAMPAIGNS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, EXECUTIVE BOARD AND PERFORMANCE REPORTING, TEAM VENDOR BUDGET AND PROJECT LEADERSHIP, COMPLIANCE AND ETHICAL STANDARDS. We can combine these into a Responsibilities section with bullet points summarizing each duty? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. However we can keep each subheading as a bullet? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make each duty as a list item, possibly with sub-bullets? But we need to preserve detail; we could keep each subheading as a list item and then include the detailed sentences within that item (maybe as

inside?). But we cannot nest block elements inside

    • ? We can include

      inside

    • . That's okay. Thus we can create
        with each major duty as
      • containing the paragraph(s) for that duty. Similarly for Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree..., Master's preferred, Seven or more years..., Demonstrated success..., Demonstrated education..., Experience developing..., Public-sector experience..., Equivalent combinations... We can make each as
      • . Competencies list: bullet list of competencies. Pay: Salary level: SCHEDULE E, LEVEL 6. We'll put in

. We must not include sections like Work Environment, Physical Demands, Other Duties, Communication, Scope of Authority? Those are substantive but maybe we can include as Responsibilities? But they are separate sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge some into Responsibilities or About the role. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can include them as part of Responsibilities (like additional duties). But we need to not lose info. Could add a bullet for "Communication", "Work Environment", "Physical Demands", "Other Duties". But those are not duties per se but still info. Could include them under Responsibilities as additional bullets. But we must not create sections with filler. Those sections have real content, so we could include them. However to keep few sections, we could incorporate them into Responsibilities. Let's decide: Sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay. Under Responsibilities we will include all duty paragraphs plus Communication, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Other Duties. Under Requirements we include Minimum Qualifications. Under Skills we include Competencies. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Now craft HTML. We'll start with maybe not needed; just output fragment. We'll do:

        About the role

        ... (the primary responsibility paragraph)
