About the role

The Director of Strategic Accounts will lead high-stakes, high-value transactions, manage complex sales cycles, and provide strategic consulting to sophisticated buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on high-stakes, high-value transactions ($100K–$500K+), managing lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and penetrate the largest aesthetic and medical groups in your target market, leveraging MRP’s full ecosystem (financing, service, equipment, and marketplace data).
  • Utilize deep industry knowledge and LaserMatch analytics to prove ROI to sophisticated buyers, offering brand-agnostic solutions that competitors simply cannot match.
  • Act as a strategic pillar for the sales organization—providing market intelligence to leadership and elevating the skills of the Account Executives around you.

Requirements

  • An absolute expert in consultative, high-ticket inside sales and have the W-2s to prove it.
  • 7+ years of elite B2B sales experience, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare, capital equipment, or high-ticket sales.
  • A master negotiator who understands financing nuances, trade-in valuations, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Highly autonomous, financially driven, and operate with the utmost integrity when representing the company.
  • Experience in high-growth, founder-led environments where agility is required.
  • Previous leadership experience managing or leading an inside sales team is a plus.

  • You are peer-to-peer with clinical founders and medical directors, not pitching but advising on capital allocation.
  • You have the autonomy and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay

$120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Schedule

Monday through Friday, onsite at our Park City headquarters
