About the role

The Director of Store Development is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of new store locations. This includes working closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that all projects meet the company’s standards and goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of new store plans and designs
• Work with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and goals
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure all new store locations are built to high quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful store openings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store development or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
