About the role

Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead and elevate our clinical education programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement engaging educational programs for nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal training requirements
• Cook up orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for clinical team members
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
• Support quality improvement initiatives through staff development and training

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in the state of California
• Director of Staff Development (DSD) certification required
• Previous experience in staff development or clinical education in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for mentorship and professional growth

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $78,000 – $82,000 annually, DOE + Bonus. Oak Glen Post Acute is an equal opportunity employer.
