Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive staff development
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in staff development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management
- Experience in staff development and training
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current California RN license
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing staff development
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
