Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and technical leadership for enterprise application development with a primary focus on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and related modern software engineering frameworks.
• Led the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable, secure, and data-driven applications that integrate across multiple enterprise systems.
• Ensures technology strategy aligns with business objectives, with accountability for execution, delivery outcomes, and measurable business value.
• Enables enterprise-wide data integration, real-time information flow, and AI-driven capabilities (predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision support).
• Manages the application portfolio, including cost optimization, licensing strategy, vendor coordination, and modernization initiatives that enable speed, reliability, and innovation across the enterprise.
