Responsibilities
- Strengthen school systems for emotional safety and academic rigor
- Support schools in implementing restorative discipline practices
- Oversee social workers to enhance clinical support quality
- Establish uniform systems for social work documentation and resource sharing
- Design professional development for social workers and counselors
- Lead the development of restorative practices and SEL programming
- Assist in crisis interventions while enhancing family engagement systems
Qualifications
- Licensed mental health professional (LCSW or PhD) with a Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of K-12 counseling experience with demonstrated student success
- At least 2 years of experience in leading, coaching, or supervising mental health professionals
- Expertise in mental health assessment, intervention, prevention, and systems of care
- Strong collaborative skills with school leadership and community organizations
- Ability to manage crisis response while designing long-term system improvements
Pay
$140,000 – $155,000 annually
