Job Overview

Job Skills / Requirements

• Available to be on call 24/7
• Valid Driver's License for 3 years or more with a clean record
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Previous Security Supervisor experience or related field/education
• Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective scheduling and staffing of security personnel
• Awareness and enforcement of facility security procedures and policies
• Review and approve security personnel reports and logs
• Timely notification of serious incidents
• Maintain communication with security personnel
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and discipline personnel as needed
• Develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs
• Keep security personnel updated on procedure changes

Requirements

• Must have neat and professional appearance
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to cover various posts during shifts
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
