Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security protocols
• Oversee emergency response plans and conduct regular drills
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage a team of security personnel and conduct performance evaluations
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of security systems and practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, public administration)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar field
• Proven track record in managing security and emergency response teams
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED
• Background in security, law enforcement, or related fields
• Experience with security software and systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
