What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do

The Director of Security oversees all aspects of the property’s security operations, including policy development, risk management, team leadership, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and management experience in a security or related field
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Experience in risk assessment and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security or related field
• Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
