Director of Sales Technology - Remote
About the role
As Director of Sales Technology at OneDigital, you will own the strategy and performance of our sales technology stack, building a connected, intelligent system that makes our sellers more effective at every stage of the sales cycle. This is a technology leadership role with a clear mandate: define how our sellers work, wire that vision into the tools they use every day, and measure success by what happens in the field.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and performance of our sales technology stack, ensuring it operates as a connected system and integrates with marketing signals.
Define and implement AI strategies to drive seller effectiveness and adoption of technology tools.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to ensure technology strategy translates into seller execution.
Drive technology adoption with skeptical sales teams, embedding tools into daily workflows and ensuring consistent, measurable behavior change.
Build a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and seller empathy, leading a team that is always asking what's possible next.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Sales Operations to connect marketing signals directly into seller workflows and ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
Ensure technology investments align with revenue outcomes and demonstrate return on investment.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in sales technology, revenue operations, or sales enablement in a B2B environment. Deep hands-on experience with tools like Outreach, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms. Proven track record of driving technology adoption with skeptical sales teams.
Skills & Approach: You think in systems, speak both "sales" and "tech" fluently, have a strong, informed point of view on AI, and are a builder who energizes teams to create structure and capability.
Mindset: You believe the future of selling is tech-forward and AI-enabled, treat adoption as a change management challenge, and are genuinely curious about what's next.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Proven track record of success in sales technology, revenue operations, or sales enablement roles.
Technical Skills: Deep hands-on experience with tools like Outreach, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms. Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to sales workflows.
Leadership: Ability to lead and develop a Sales Technology Manager, build a culture of curiosity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonuses may be available based on individual performance and company performance.
