Director of Sales & Service – Europe

Description

InTest Thermal Solutions, a global leader in engineered thermal testing and process cooling solutions, seeks an experienced and driven Director of Sales & Service – Europe. This role will lead business growth and customer support across the European region, with a focus on developing and executing regional sales strategies, expanding key customer relationships, managing distribution partners, and overseeing service and application support.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing distributor networks and direct sales across multiple European countries.
• Proven success driving growth in capital equipment, electronics, semiconductor, test & measurement, or related technical industries.
• Experience building high-performing sales organizations and developing winning sales cultures.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) plus one or more European languages.
• Knowledge of European regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the region and occasionally to company headquarters in Massachusetts, USA.
