Based in the Detroit, Michigan area, this executive leadership position leads, develops, and grows Dassault Systèmes' Automotive sales organization across North America.
Responsibilities
- Build, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing enterprise sales team supporting Automotive OEMs and the Automotive Supplier and Supply Chain ecosystem throughout North America.
- Establish and expand executive relationships with C-level leaders across Automotive OEMs and the Automotive Supplier and Supply Chain ecosystem.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding strategic enterprise accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the North American automotive market.
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide sales engagements involving executive stakeholders, global account teams, and strategic partners.
- Champion value-based selling focused on business outcomes, digital transformation, Cloud/SaaS adoption, AI-enabled engineering, product development, and manufacturing modernization.
- Support customers through large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives utilizing the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and Dassault Systèmes' industry solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience supporting Automotive OEMs and the Automotive Supplier and Supply Chain ecosystem.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor's degree.

Pay
Total expected compensation range: $262,600 – $355,900, including base salary and target bonus.
