Job Description
The Orange EV Director of Sales – Fleet Charging & Electrification Solutions is a builder and growth leader role. This person will be responsible for designing, scaling, and executing the commercial strategy for the Orange Juicer™ charging platform across North America. This is not a role for someone who manages an existing business; it is a role for someone who builds and scales a new category.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to build and scale a sales organization in a complex B2B environment
- Demonstrated success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions (infrastructure, energy, industrial, or technology)
- Track record of closing large enterprise deals involving multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles
- Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, TCO, and capital efficiency
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and revenue accountability
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Strong communication and executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving market
